QUALITY AS A CORPORATE GOAL
We make good things even better. Active quality management has many facets. For us, it begins with basic research and creates the basis for new processes and product lines. We attach great importance to compatibility with health and the environment. This applies not only to the finished products, but also begins with the selection of raw materials and suppliers.
Controls along the entire process chain:
- All process steps from the receipt of goods to the shipment of the finished products are subject to constant controls.
- External controls by independent testing institutes
- Internal controls by the quality management staff
External controls for certification: In order to achieve certification for quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and for environmental management according to DIN EN ISO 14001, each individual production step is closely controlled. Several times a year, inspectors from independent testing institutes come unannounced and carry out these inspections according to German and international guidelines.
Each batch is traceable. Retention samples are taken at random from each product series and archived. This makes it possible to trace every product delivered.
