Peeler cartridge
The 2-component coaxial cartridge can be processed in a 1-component standard gun (silicone gun) by means of a patented cutting plunger. The cutting plunger located in the cartridge is fixed behind the two pistons with a clip.
During squeezing, the gun push plate pushes the cutting plunger and the downstream A and B pistons in an axial direction. In the process, the cutting ram splits the area of the B-piston emptied in each case after the B-piston has been advanced into two halves. The two halves of the B-pipe are guided through the two semicircular openings of the cutting ram on the inner wall of the A-pipe so that there is no interference with the ejection process or increase in ejection pressure at any time.
